Last Saturday, 28 September, MGT held an open day that brought together 180 family members and collaborators from the plant.
Enric Fuster, the plant’s General Manager, was in charge of welcoming all attendees together with Josep Fort, Mayor of La Riba, and Guillem Banús, Deputy Mayor.
Under the concept “You play a key role”, the event was an invitation not only to discover the plant and its production processes, but also to spend a family day in which sustainability and environmental commitment were promoted, awareness was raised about the importance of reducing water consumption, and creativity and collaborative work were encouraged.
“This is a very special day for MGT, as it allows the families of our collaborators, and especially the little ones, to discover where their fathers and mothers work. It is also an opportunity to strengthen bonds and feel proud of our daily work. And that is undoubtedly thanks to the people we have at MGT and to the commitment to the environment that we have all been able to experience first-hand during these open days,” commented Enric Fuster in relation to his assessment of the Family Day.
