At CL Grupo Industrial, we will donate 10,000 litres of sanitiser a week for as long as the health crisis caused by coronavirus lasts. In this way, we are placing a large part of our resources at the disposal of the Ministry of Health and the Regional Government of Extremadura in the fight against a pandemic that has caused thousands of deaths in Spain.
It will be Perseida, the Group company specialising in cosmetics, perfumes and healthcare products, that will be responsible for producing the 10,000 litres of sanitiser that will be delivered each week to hospitals, health centres and care homes. In total, this will account for more than 25% of our factory’s production, which will also continue to meet the needs of its pharmaceutical industry and distribution clients.
With this donation, we want to help increase the number of essential healthcare resources needed for the effective disinfection of the virus and, therefore, for the safety of citizens themselves. Over the coming hours, we will place the first 10,000 litres of sanitiser in the hands of the health authorities so that distribution can begin.
